Scott County Community Foundation Treasurer L.L. Lowry accepts a check for $2,500 from the Comer and Fleenor families on behalf of Monsanto Fund. Comer-Fleenor Farms was America?s Farmers Grow Communities recipient for Scott County. This program is a way to recognize farmers and the vital role they play in caring for our land and growing our economy. As the recipient, the Comer and Fleenor families chose to direct this donation to the Common Good Fund at the Scott County Community Foundation. It will be distributed to Scott County 4-H, Finley Township Fire Department and Preservation Alliance Inc.
