Humane Society of Scott County board member Kelley Barger accepts a check for $5,652 from Scott County Community Foundation board member Melissa Woods. The grant was awarded from the Dr. William and Diann Scott Memorial Fund at the Community Foundation and will be used for medical care, spaying and neutering of cats and dogs at the animal shelter and cat adoption facility.
