Scott County Community Foundation Board Treasurer L.L. Lowry and grants committee member Heather White present checks to Scott County Partnership Executive Director Jene Bridgewater. The Clearinghouse received $2,000 to assist needy families with food, and $54,396 for educational initiatives. The grant was part of over $138,000 that was awarded during the 2014 Community Grants Program, and is made possible by unrestricted funds established by generous donors as well as the CAPE Educational Endowment Fund made possible by Lilly Endowment.
