Scottsburg Kiwanis Club President David Wilson presents a check for $1,000 to Lexington Good Faith Preschool. The grant was awarded from the Kiwanis Club?s endowment fund at the Scott County Community Foundation. Also shown are the preschool?s board member Chuck Rose, teacher assistant Melody Seals, teacher Jennifer Johanningsmeier and preschool board member Lisa Conder. Through the efforts of the entire community, Lexington is able to offer free preschool for its residents, giving children a head start for kindergarten.
