Scott County Community Foundation board member Melinda Sparkman awards a grant for $896 to Scott County Partnership Executive Director Jene Bridgewater. The grant was awarded from the Scott County Literacy Council Endowment Fund at the Foundation and will be used to support the adult literacy program at the Lifelong Learning Center.
