Hanover College will host the annual Southeastern Indiana Regional College Fair this month for all students (freshmen through seniors). The event will be held Thursday, Sept. 25 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Horner Health and Recreation Center. Over 50 colleges and universities will be present to share information. Richard Nash, Director of Financial Aid at Hanover College, will provide a general financial aid information session at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Students and parents are welcome to attend either session. To encourage participation at the college fair, the Scott County Community Foundation will be awarding $200 in gift cards. All students must register at the Foundation’s booth before entering the fair, no later than 6:30 p.m., to be eligible for the drawing. Scholarships for graduating seniors will be available this spring. The Community Foundation will host workshops at both Austin and Scottsburg high schools this fall to share information about the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship as well as a financial aid information session.
