2023 Lilly Scholar Brady Watts

“This year was gratifying. The fall semester was rather smooth, as all I had was class, schoolwork, and baseball practice. I was able to properly focus in the classroom, and I had plenty of time for schoolwork. Nonetheless, the spring semester was a true grind. Baseball season presented many opportunities for me to lose focus in the classroom and in doing my schoolwork. However, it took extra effort to stay disciplined and put my best foot forward in the classroom, and I was able to maintain rather good grades. Baseball season went rather well, and I am looking forward to next year at the University of Southern Indiana!”
