Scott County Community Foundation Executive Director Jaime Toppe presents a check for $400 to Scott County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) board members John Donohue, Danny Smith, and Jonathan Abbott. The grant was awarded from the SWCD endowment fund at the Scott County Community Foundation. It will support SWCD’s mission of protecting and conserving Scott County’s natural resources.
