Scott County Clearinghouse Executive Director Nelson Spaulding accepts a check for $4,819 from Scott County Community Foundation board member Lisa Conder. The grant was made possible from the Scott County Indigent Care Fund at the Community Foundation, and will be used to provide food and utility assistance to those in need.
