Preservation Alliance Inc. board member and grant writer Janet Payne and President Marty Randall accept two grants from Scott County Community Foundation Executive Director Jaime Toppe. A grant for $5,600 was awarded from the Scott County Heritage Center and Museum Fund, and $4,900 was awarded from the Joyce Hamilton Historical Preservation Fund.
