Scott County Community Foundation board member Daniel Brunner, far left, presents a check for $4,697 to City of Scottsburg Mayor Terry Amick, Clerk-Treasurer Jan Hardy and Parks Director Jerry Asher. The grant was awarded from the Robin Eve Memorial Fund at the Community Foundation and will be used to purchase new playground equipment at Linza Graham Park. Robin and her mother, Mary, loved going to the parks to sit and people-watch, feed the ducks, and watch children play. After she passed away, her family agreed to donate her estate to the Community Foundation for a fund that would benefit something that Robin loved so much.
