Bill Henderson, Scottsburg United Methodist Church Music Director, receives a $594 check from Naomi Henderson, SUMC Endowment Committee Chair. The grant was awarded from the Kathy Nicholson Music Endowment Fund at the Scott County Community Foundation and was presented during the church?s Endowment Sunday. Kathy had a passion for music, and a few weeks before she died, she requested to have an endowment fund established to assist with the music program at SUMC.
