Scott County Community Foundation board member Kevin Jentzen, far right, presents checks totaling $10,029.80 to Scottsburg United Methodist Church Endowment Committee Chairperson Steve Meyer and Treasurer Donna Springstun. The grants were awarded from the Ella Maude McCulloch Mission Endowment Fund, Hazel Gillespie Hunger Fund, Kathy Nicholson Mission Fund, Kathy Nicholson Music Fund, Robert and Margie Fawver Fund, SUMC Endowment Fund and SUMC General Endowment Fund, all held at the Community Foundation. The grants will be used for the church?s mission and programs.
