Scott County Community Foundation board member Shari Baumann presents a check for $18,830 to United Way of Scott County Executive Director Ellen Owens. The grant was awarded from the United Way of Scott County Operating Endowment Fund at the Community Foundation and will be used to support their mission and programs.
