Scott County Community Foundation Board Treasurer L.L. The grant will be used for the Hand Up Scholarship in support of the Education Matters Southern Indiana initiative. It will be used to assist Scott County WorkOne clients in achieving their academic career plan goals.? This grant was part of over $138,000 that was awarded during the 2014 Community Grants Program, and is made possible by unrestricted funds established by generous donors.
