| Scott County 4-H Grant Benefits Students

Scott County 4-H Council received a grant last year for $2,100 to introduce 4-H in the classrooms. Mrs. Doriot's sixth grade classes at Scottsburg Middle School had the choice to make a pocket pillow, drawstring bag or pillow case through this grant. All of their projects will be displayed at the 4-H Fair. |
AHS Alumni Association Receives Funds

Community Foundation Board Member Barbara Broady presents a check for $1,126 to Ishmael White, president of the Austin High School Alumni Association. The grant was distributed from the AHS Alumni Education Fund at the Community Foundation, and will be used for scholarships for graduating seniors at Austin High School.

2012 Lilly Scholarship Awarded
